This Saturday marks the kick off for the Nebraska Football season. No matter what team they cheer for, anyone who lives in Nebraska long enough knows that Husker Football is bigger than just Football. The Cornhuskers represent the values of our state – hard work, dedication, grit, and team work. The name Nebraska comes from the Otoe word for “Flat Water”, a reference to the Platte River that runs through our state. Just like our company name comes from our Nebraska roots; we believe that our values—rooted in our state's proud heritage—are the foundation of successful financial planning.
